FS#25 - MySQL optimizations - migrating to another MySQL extension.

It would be nice if BGPanel migrated to PDO MySQL. That way BGPanel can use the latest available MySQL client / extension, which also has better performance than the client being forced to be used now.

A first step would be migrating to MySQLi, having a little impact on the way the functions are called now.
In most cases only the connection-link (being $connection as far as I could see) should be given first (as well) and then the query or resultset.

This task does not depend on any other tasks.

Another side effect of this change would be that Bright GamePanel is prepared for the future. The old php5 mysql extention will become deprecated with PHP 5.5 as far as I know.

You are absolutely right. No problem about it.

Added to my personal TODO list.

No date but I think it will be a late implemented feature.
